Privacy Policy — La Granja Burger App

1. Application

The La Granja Burger mobile app allows users to place food delivery orders, browse the menu, track orders and save delivery addresses.

2. Data collected

• Registration data: name, email, phone, delivery address.
• Order data: purchase history, preferences, payment method.
• Technical data: IP, device ID, app version, OS (for diagnostics and fraud prevention).
• Location (optional): approximate geolocation to suggest nearby delivery points. Requires explicit consent.

3. Purpose

Data is used exclusively to: process orders, coordinate delivery, handle complaints, send operational notifications and comply with legal/tax obligations. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

4. Data sharing

We share minimum necessary data with: payment gateways (PSE, cards), logistics operators (for delivery), competent authorities (upon formal request).
