Privacy Policy — SIPODIS App

1. Application

The SIPODIS app is a professional tool for field surveyors that collects information for third-party projects (censuses, evaluations, sampling). Operated by Expansión TI SAS under contract with the entities responsible for each project.

2. Data collected by the app

• Operator data: name, ID, phone, email, assigned crew.
• Operational data: completed forms, captured photos, geolocation of each record, timestamp, signature.
• Technical data: device ID, app version, battery (for sync diagnostics).
• Beneficiary/respondent data: as defined by each project form — Expansión TI acts as processor; the controller is the contracting entity.

3. Purpose

The app is used exclusively for field work: data capture, sync with project central server, route coordination and coverage verification. Not used for marketing or external sharing.

4. Storage and synchronization

Data is stored locally (encrypted) while offline. When syncing, it is sent to the project server (typically web.sipodis.app) over HTTPS with JWT authentication. Retention per project controller definition.

5. Data subject rights

Respondent data subjects should contact the project controller (contracting entity). Expansión TI facilitates the process but cannot resolve data requests without controller authorization.
