Privacy policy

1. General terms of use

This policy sets out usage rules for mobile applications and digital services offered by Expansión TI SAS ("the Company"), including without limitation the applications TRIIBA - MESEROS APP, Notas Plus, SIPODIS, FIXTOOLS, K-Lender and Vota Plus.

The Company reserves the right to modify conditions and will communicate changes through the app or official channels. Users who continue using the service after notification implicitly accept updates. Applications are free to download, though mobile data charges from your carrier may apply.

2. User commitments

The user agrees to use the mobile applications and all their content and services in accordance with law, morality, good customs and public order. The Company disclaims responsibility for:

• Service availability interruptions.
• Third-party malware detection.
• Accuracy of user-generated content.

The user assumes all risk arising from the use of the applications.

3. Intellectual property

Expansión TI SAS retains all rights over trademarks, trade names, patents, source code, designs, logos and other intellectual property elements. Downloading and using the applications does not grant the user any ownership rights over these elements.

4. Personal data treatment

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 of the Republic of Colombia, the Company commits to protecting personal data and maintaining its confidentiality. Personal information is used exclusively for:

• Application registration and authentication.
• Operational service notifications.
• Promotional emails, when the user has provided explicit consent.
• Fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations.

The user must ensure their personal data remains accurate and up to date. The Company will not transfer personal data to third parties without consent, except upon request from competent authority.

5. Data subject rights

The data subject has the right to know, update, rectify and delete stored information, as well as to revoke previously granted authorization. To exercise these rights write to [email protected].

6. Service duration

Services have indefinite duration, although the Company may unilaterally terminate access for any user in case of breach of these conditions.
